• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

MARITIME POLICY Products will be delivered to you at the address you provided during the order process. All the dates for delivery of the products are approximate. We aim to ship our products within the following periods from the date of your payment: • soaps and bath products: 3 working days • Skin Care: 3 days • jewelry: working 4 days custom clothing : 10 working days • All other products: 4 working days. For Christmas delivery, we recommend that you check our announcements for the latest delivery date but generally, all order must be placed by 15 December to guarantee delivery before Christmas Eve.
We will clearly indicate when we intend to close our shop for the holidays. POST & PACKAGING fees are set out on each product pages. Some items include shipping fees (see individual product listings) .
CANCELLATION AFTER CONFIRMATION NOTICE: • you have the right to cancel your order at any time before receiving the goods as long as you provide a written notice or, if you received the goods, as long you provide a written notice at any time within 7 working days from the day after receiving the products. You can send your cancellation notice by sending us a message on the Afrikrea platform. • Upon receipt of your notice of cancellation, we will contact you and provide details on where you can return the items and other relevant instructions. You return the products to us at your own expense and risk. • Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them. Damaged, defective or wrong orders• We offer replacement or refund of the full purchase price, including shipping costs and expenses incurred by you in returning the products to us if your order has been damaged in transit or is defective provided that you return the products to us and we are reasonably satisfied that they have not suffered damage after delivery or were not mishandled or used other than in accordance with the instructions or the problem is not due to normal wear and tear. To claim a refund or replacement item please notify us in writing as soon as you become aware of a problem and no later than 7 working days after receipt by sending us a direct message via Afrikrea or our email: [email protected]
